Shipping & Returns
Everything on ResellerBay is made to order, then shipped straight to you. Here’s exactly what to expect.
Made to order
We don’t hold warehouses of stock. When you place an order, your items are produced specifically for you and then shipped. That keeps the catalog fresh and waste low — it also means total delivery time is production time + shipping time.
Production time
Most items are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. Larger or multi-item orders can take a little longer, since each piece is made individually.

Estimates are after production and exclude any customs delays. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking. If a single order contains items from more than one of our stores, they may arrive in separate parcels — each with its own tracking.
Returns & replacements
Because every item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choices — please use the size guides on each product page before ordering. We will replace or refund, at no cost to you, any item that arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- Misprinted or materially different from what was ordered
- Lost in transit (confirmed undelivered)
Reach out within 30 days of delivery at our contact page with your order email and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an undeliverable or incorrect address, we’ll reship it once the correct address is provided (reshipping fees may apply).
