What is ResellerBay?

ResellerBay is a marketplace of independent, housed stores you can shop in a single checkout — and the storefront-as-a-service platform those stores run on. Browse by category or store, pick your options, and check out securely.

Can I buy from more than one store in one order?

Yes. Your cart can hold products from any of our housed stores and you check out once. Items from different stores may ship separately.

Are the products real?

Every product is real and made to order through our production partners. There’s no warehouse of dead stock — items are produced when you order them.

Payment & security

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, an industry-standard payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and never touch our servers.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe checkout, plus the wallet options Stripe offers at checkout (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available).

Shipping & returns

How long until my order arrives?

Total time is production (typically 2–5 business days) plus shipping. See the full breakdown on our Shipping & Returns page.

What’s your return policy?

Because items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns for size or change-of-mind, but we replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. Details on the Shipping & Returns page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — checkout currently supports United States and Canada addresses, with broader international shipping rolling out. Rates are calculated at checkout.

For store owners

Can I launch my own store on ResellerBay?

Yes — that’s the platform behind the marketplace. We spin up an open-source storefront (Magento, Medusa, or WooCommerce), populate and theme it, and host it on our Linode + Akamai stack. Tell us what you sell to get started.

What do I get with my own store?

Your own dashboard, your own statistics, your own VPS, and your own domain — with full login access and complete control. We back it with feature plugins, modules, and themes as you grow.

Do you handle hosting and maintenance?

Yes. Your store is hosted on our infrastructure and we support it with the modules and updates it needs, so you can focus on selling.
